Watch the Iloilo night sky light up with colorful explosions this Dinagyang Festival 2009 for three consecutive nights. On January 23 (7pm) at the SM City Iloilo Carpark, a national fireworks competition named “Luces in the Sky,” will held. Unlike the 4-hour neck stiffening Luces in the Sky last year, the event will be divided into two parts. The second part will be continued the next night (on January 24, still at the SM City Iloilo Carpark).

On January 25 (7pm), a fireworks exhibition by a group from China will be held in the Iloilo Sport Complex, La Paz District during the Awarding Ceremony of the Dinagyang Festival.
