The old Freelance Resort is no longer in operation. The property was sold to Alubihud Development Corporation and they operate under the DBA as:

Alobijod Cove & Alobijod Water Park.

Alubihud Development Corporation owns the longest shoreline along the alubihod coast which is approximately 60% of the entire shore and it has the biggest in land area once fully develop. The property runs towards the mountain boundary line with Villa Igang across the entrance ricefield which will become the Water Park section of their master planning.

The master planning development is being currently designed overseas by several world renowed resort architechs.
