The Arroyo Fountain, a symbol of Iloilo’s opulence and rich heritage, is currently being restored by the Metro Iloilo Water District (MIWD).

Located in front of the old Iloilo Provincial Capitol, the Arroyo Fountain has not been able to function for quite some time. This is to the dismay of Ilonggos as it is one of Iloilo City’s more prominent landmarks.

I couldn’t wait to see Arroyo Fountain in its full functional state. Will this also mean that MIWD will further restore the fountain’s dazzling and incandescent lights to attract visitors and tourists alike? It’s a wait and see game …. again.
I hope so, it would be a nice site to take a picture of at night.
Hello!
Thanks that the MIWD will finaly restore the historical Arroyo Fountain. It needs to. Not only that, also the old Calle Real. Like the old old buildings in England, their government taking care of those like a baby. Good luck!
