I stay in Baldevia Pension House in Silay City yesterday January 22,2012, I check-in at around 10PM , but at around 1AM of January 23,2012 there was no power at my room no.54 , first i thought it was a brown-out but when i open the window there is a power at near establishment …. i open the my door but it is very dark … whole 2nd floor has no power but on the 3rd floor this is light at corridor … i ask myself what kind of hotel/pension house is this … if anything happened to the guest , all guest are all dead in second floor because there is no light or emergency light that will guide you where to go …
I wait until 4:30am but still no power at all … i decided to check-out and i found the guard is sleeping and the attendand also … i have to catch my flight gong to Manila … and i can’t do my personnal things (like pee and toothbrush ) due to dark restroom … what i do is pack all my things and get out of this worse hotel in Silay City …
I talk to my friends not to check-in in Silay anymore especially Balvevia Pension House-Silay to catch any flight from Silay to Manila … it is better to stay Bacolod rather than staying in a dark and worse hotel in the island of Negros ….
