When it comes to NIA, no problem. Private sectors are very much welcome to put up business close to the airport like hotels, motels, subdivisions, malls, gasoline stations, convenient stores, food chains, etc’s. But our City Hall drama is still going on, none-stop! I think our friends are right stating that NO commission is involved the reason why the city councilors or the Sanguniang Panlungsod “gangs” CAN’T have the commissions IF they accept Pison’s offer to have the land free of charge. Guys…am I right?! Corruption is a desease like cancer, especially in politics. O’holla! : )

This may out of the news topic but it also pertains to business. I just wonder how a business like the Crystal Ice Halo Halo (atrium and SM city) survives. Honestly they have been in business for about ten years or more. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not trying to put them down but I admire their staying power. When I pass by those two stores, there are hardly any customers inside at any given time. Even during peak hours, there may be only a hadful of customers. Not even half of the store is occupied by customers. And its not a joke to be a tenant at The Atrium and Sm city with monthly rentals so expensive. I would like to know how they survive. Maybe the management should write a book entitled, “How to Survive A Business with Only A few Customers”.
    Peace :)
