The towering building is envisioned to be Iloilo’s first high-rise building and a pioneer among residential condominium developments in city. Located at the corner of Diversion Road and Jalandoni St. (just across SM City Iloilo), the mixed-use building will feature residential condotel or condo-hotel units on the upper levels as well as commercial units and multi-level parking on the lower floors. Front Perspective of the Proposed Injap Tower Condotel (photo courtesy of First Homes Injap Land Facebook Page)The residential units at the Injap Tower Condotel will not only be condominium spaces but also involve a time-share hotel component, which is typical for condotel developments. This means unit owners have the option to place their unit in the hotel’s rental program where it is rented out like any other hotel room. The time-share component is a big advantage to unit owners who would want to earn income from their condominium unit while they are away from Iloilo. (photo courtesy of First Homes Injap Land Facebook Page)As for now, the lot of the proposed INJAP Tower Condotel has already been cleared and fenced up. Most definitely, soil testing will be done within the next few months (If it hasn’t been done already). We’ll be posting more news as more developments come out! Don’t leave yet. Mc Arthurs Drive is on the process of widening and Senator Drilon will going to pour Millions of Money to expand the road network all over the City, the problem here the thoroughness and cleanliness of every project ,such as cluttered stones, and partially paved roads , gravels sands , refuse on the gutter, not landscaped roads , electric wires that interwove in every street , faulty drainage system. But things just getting better than before at best , But isn’t good enough to rival the clean and landscaped roads like those in neighboring Asian Countries Europe or USA karay-a saysAugust 16, 2011 at 7:53 am @Calos UU gale, mayor jed na haha..sya man sa picture ko pero i typed it wrong..haha..mayo gd nga ma organize nila..tapos if they can put cctv camera..like taguig much better pagd…gamay malng na city ta..dapat ma plastar nila mayo.. salamat and regards… sanny saysMay 4, 2011 at 11:44 am well kaname sang project nga ini im so excited dw manila na ang iloilo Angeli saysApril 19, 2011 at 4:35 pm I just want to be home. r. g3nE saysApril 5, 2011 at 12:21 am kanami gd kay ga improve na gd ang iloilo, i hope mas madamo pa gd ang mga maayo nga projects nga masunod, kag tni mag binuligay gd kita sa pag pa unlad sng aton banwa. more business opportunities… kag mas nami pa gd kng ma improve ang aton tourism.. kag ang fort san pedro, tni i-renovate kag tinluan kag pa gwapohun. calos saysApril 5, 2011 at 7:51 pm fort san pedro: may ara na move ahh. the repair of causeway and constuction of sea wall efrain saysApril 3, 2011 at 10:49 am The Iloilo City Hall was the first all precast building to be build in Iloilo City.
