Iloilo City Center by GaisanoThe Iloilo City Center by Gaisano Capital Group stirred up the excitement of Ilonggos when they formally launched their massive multi-billion mixed-use development in 2013. They did it again in 2014 with an impressive video presentation that revealed plans of a 40-storey structure, man-made canals, and several bridges including one with an iconic Paraw-inspired design. They have been silent so far with their public announcements in 2015.
