A preview of the ongoing Iloilo City Center was revealed in a video uploaded by T. I. Vasquez Architects & Planners Inc. (TVA&P) on New Year’s Day of 2014. The video pays tribute to TVA&P’s 20th anniversary and highlights the architectural and design firm’s past milestones and future projects.
The last segment of the video shows a render of upcoming developments at the Iloilo City Center, including the waterfront commercial/tourism strip, a modern bridge with an iconic design, and the 40-storey Gaisano Tower.
According to an earlier post in TVA&P’s Facebook page, the final bridge design featured in the video was inspired by the local Paraw sail boat. TVA&P has not yet confirmed the final design of the 40-storey Gaisano Tower.
