All buyers (or their representatives) have to buy the tickets at the Iloilo City Tourism Office located at the Freedom Grandstand (J.M. Basa Street).The City Tourism Office does not offer an option for online payments to cater to foreigners and Filipinos from abroad. Interested parties must find a representative, currently in Iloilo City, who can go to the Freedom Grandstand to buy the tickets.
