Business booming in Smallville

Here’s some of the pictures I took of the recent activity around Smallville Business Center. Note: all of these projects have already begun construction.

A Riverside Boardwalk being constructed beside the 8-story Medicus condo-clinic. As the name suggests it will be built along the Iloilo River.

This proposed Hotel and Convention Center is located in front of the 8-storey Iloilo Business Hotel, on the lot between Emcor and MO2.

Aside from these developments, there is also a Honda Showroom being constructed along Diversion Road beside Citi Hardware.

    Hi!,

Thanks for the infos. At least we all know what’s in there in Smallville. Glad to see the Honda Showroom in the future. It won’t take that long. I’ll be there ASAP, for a vacation.

Few of them are on its last phase ad due for opening.

The Riverside Boardwalk is actually open now. I wish photos of new restos and cafes lining the boardwalk will be featured here.

The MO2 Hotel and Convention Centre will hopefully open for business first quarter of this year.

I couldn’t wait to see and hear more developments in Smallville Business Complex in the very near future.
