The Riverside Boardwalk is actually open now. I wish photos of new restos and cafes lining the boardwalk will be featured here. The MO2 Hotel and Convention Centre will hopefully open for business first quarter of this year. I couldn't wait to see and hear more developments in Smallville Business Complex in the very near future. Few of them are on its last phase ad due for opening.
