New call center coming to Iloilo City
DEPARTMENT of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Peter Favila yesterday said a new call center firm will expand in Iloilo City soon. “Iloilo City, because of its very good telecom infrastructure like fiber optics and very good population of English-proficient students, is getting attention from BPO investors, both voice and non-voice,” Favila said.
