Makes me wonder too. Nevertheless Estancia is one of the most progressive in Northern Iloilo but it doesn’t have to stop there.

I wondered what happened to Estancia’s after this speech? Does it evoke the residents of the municipality to thrive for more economic activities? Does it helps drive the town’s outlook for welcoming bigger and better investments? Does it really make a change?
