i think amusement park or water rides will do owned by WALT DISNEY..since no disney land yet n d PHILIPPINES..hahahaha ….anyways it takes huge amount to invest when all d corrupt people are falling inline…traffic,sewage system is d number one problem in ILOILO CITY and also d electricity..too much wirings all over d street as u look up.. ..better if it’s all underground…..oh well..it needs to be seen…people keep dreaming!!
Agee whoever will win the bidding that would be it. As long as they build a Twin Tower, mall, restaurant and coffe shop in that 54 hectares land, fine with me :) I pray to God that these perspectives will be implemented. Good luck and Cheers!
