Transcom opens call center in Iloilo

Transcom, considered as Europe’s largest business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, is currently operating in its new call center facility in Amigo Mall, Iznart. St. The company is set to hire around 1,000 to 2,000 employees for its Iloilo site. Aside from Transcom, another call center will also be occupying (the 2nd floor) of Amigo Mall, according to news reports.

Robinsons Mall Renovation

Robinsons Mall in Downtown Iloilo is currently renovating its Ledesma St. entrance/wing. This new development will pave the way for a row of new fashion shops and boutiques. The whole building’s exteriors is also being repainted.

The Grand Tower Now Open

Recently opened in Iznart St., is The Grand Tower, which features a turo-turo style fast food restaurant, KTV family rooms, ballroom facility, and hotel rooms.

New Iloilo Supermart – Arevalo Branch

Iloilo Supermart will be expanding their presence in Arevalo/Villa District. Construction is already ongoing for their new branch near the Arevalo District Plaza.

New Coffee Break Branches in Manila

Coffee Break has begun expanding outside Iloilo. It is set to open three stores in Metro Manila by year end. The picture shows Coffee Break’s second branch located in SM Cubao, Araneta Center, Quezon City opened last month. Its first branch opened in SM Fairview last September and its 3rd store will be located in Waltermart Muñoz.

    hello! thanx for all the updates posted here. dont know if u’re also covering developments outside the city but ‘just want to inquire if u have any idea about the development of the construction of the secondary access road to the airport.

      The secondary airport access road (to Cabatuan) is still under construction, I’m not sure when it will open.

    nami sang mga gina feature mo meg pwedi pagid ka suggest? ina kng OK lang sa imo…

    since ang iloilo is western visayas center of education, pwede mo man ayhan ma feature ang mga colleges sa iloilo? at the same time ang ila mga facilities and iban pa gid nga bagay nga pwede nila mapabugal sa Philippines eh.

    also as i know and believe the jeepneys here in iloilo city are the best in terms of design and looks in the philippines. please also feature them in this blog. thanks
