Recently, Jorp created a mini site called Iloilo Food Trip, where visitors can view an image gallery of a plethora of Ilonggo foods in just one sitting. All the images are clickable and is linked to informative articles and even more pictures.

    ” Iloilo Food Trip by Flavours of Iloilo ” is indeed an exhaustive collection of Ilonggo foods on-line! Jorp is a very resourceful Ilonggo and very organized in his gastronomic adventures. He dedicated his time putting up this compendium for everyone worldwide savor Ilonggo foods and cuisine. Having said that, Jorp deserves a 21-gun salute!!! Maybe, that’s overblown, a 3-cheers should be fine. Hep hep, hooray! hooray! hooray!
    Marcos, thanks to you, too… if not for Explore Iloilo, I was not able to re-align my taste buds with Flavours of Iloilo. My last trip back there could have been just another ordinary trip. Excited na ako for my upcoming trip there January 2010! See you, guys!!!
