And yes everytime is tough times in the Philippines but I don't think it can go down to rock bottom. It's way too negativistic. Besides, the Philippines remains on its positive growth compare to negative growth of western countries. Iloilo's economy is not only fueled by locals but by massive base remiitances from OFWs across the globe, etc. - which I believe made Iloilo distinct and ahead with other provinces when it comes to purchasing power stability. there’s always a risk in putting up a business.
