ILOILO City’s largest leisure, dinning and convention hub, The Centennial Resort Hotel and Convention Center celebrated Christmas and New Year meaningfully with the awarding ceremony of the first-ever Iloilo Centennial Resort Parol Festival on the evening of Dec. 30, 2006 at Bernwood Gardens.
