Iloilo City Promotional Videos: Displaying Iloilo as a City of Festivals

The City Government of Iloilo has just recently released three promotional videos on Iloilo as a City of Festivals. The videos are aimed to promote the major Festivals in Iloilo and showcase the “friendly and artistically expressive culture” of Ilonggos. For the convenience of internet viewers, I’ve uploaded the videos for all to watch and enjoy.

Iloilo City Promotional Videos

The first video is a video documentary of the major Festival of Iloilo, which includes: the Arevalo Fireworks Display, Fiesta de Nuestra Seniora de la Candelaria (Jaro District Fiesta), the Chinese New Year, Paraw Regatta, and ofcourse the famed Dinagyang Festival.

The second video is a promotional video of the Dinagyang Festival, Iloilo’s biggest festival, which is set on the 4th week of January.

Last is the Music Video of the Official Dinagyang Theme Song entitled “Hala Bira Iloilo!”

maybe by July 2008 makapuli man ako da sa aton ah kag e-try ko gid nga makahugpa sa new airport sang Iloilo… 4 years na gid nga wala man ko da nakapuli eh. taga Ajuy ko gali ah. Na miss ko lang ang province ko ano pa nag-check ako sa internet te amo ni ang nasapwan ko…. I loved it!! fantastic!!
