Bared during the Iloilo Investment Forum, the Iloilo Technohub by Ayala Land is composed of three (3) buildings with support facilities and amenities for BPO locators. The first of the three buildings is envisioned to be a 3-storey, Grade A facility with 500-700 sq m of arcaded retail spaces at the ground floor.

Ayala Technohub it is a commercial office complex mainly but not exclusive for call center and other BPO companies.

BPO sector can’t really go full blast due to power supply difficiency of Iloilo. It used used to be the top destination outside metro manila due to availability of talents. One more thing, infrastructures to support the industry is not present like leaseable floor spaces ideal for BPO. Other conditions already met the requirements like accessibility, communications and transportation infrastructures like fiber optics…lets hope for the betterment of the whole region of western visayas, megaworld is already there, ayala as mentioned already commited.
