He's the patron saint of the whole Tigbauan town (including the barangays), which is the whole parish of Tigbauan. That feast is rarely celebrated (meaning with all the food, drinks and activities, but of course the church have some ceremonies). The town proper (poblacion) of Tigbauan celebrates the feast of Sto. Nino, which is the 3rd Sunday of January. Each barangay outside of the town proper have their own fiestas in different dates of the year. The feast of San Juan De Sahagun is June 12.
