2 major call centers coming to Iloilo

“); } ?>Two call centers have already launched their recruitment centers in Iloilo to prepare for the opening of their respective branches. The call centers include: Teletech and Sutherland.
These call centers have come to Iloilo to take advantage of its high competitiveness rating in human resources. Being the educational center of the region, Iloilo City produces 16,000-18,000 graduates annually. Ilonggos are also said to be fluent English speakers as evidenced by a “hit rate” of 17% compared to the national average rate of only 3%.
Teletech has already opened its recruitment center in the ground floor of SM City Iloilo. It is currently developing the 3rd floor of SM City to be the home of their operations, which is reported to be a 1,000-seat site.
Meanwhile, Sutherland is having their recruitment center in the second floor of Robinsons Place Iloilo. According to news articles, the company is still scouting a location for their branch here. Among the offices they are considering in Iloilo, is the BPI building at Iznart Street.
