i had a bad experience at MO2 Days Inn – Bacolod City. I booked my guests there for my wedding last June 2009. One staff – Front Desk (Joan) gave one of my room to another guest eventhough I told her the reservation was confirmed. I already paid for other rooms and in fact some of it was occupied. I was embarassed with my visitor – I had to look for another hotel for them and paid for double priced room. – wrong move for MO2 Days Inn. there was no coordination and proper communication….I will never refer it to anybody..”Tanga ung taga front desk” – di ko makalimutan the day before my wedding!!!
