“); } else { echo(”Nadsadjan Falls, Igbaras

The Nadsadjan Falls measures 100 feet in length, spewing water on a giant cauldron-like natural swimming pool

Another site worth taking a gander is a compelling grotto located under an old Balate Tree near the Nadsadjan Falls.

The town of Igbaras is about 39.9 kilometers from the City of Iloilo turning right at Km. 30 mark at Santa Rosa, Guimbal along the national highway going to the Province of Antique. Nadsadjan Falls is located in Brgy. Passi, one of Igabras’ more remote towns. Visitors are advised to arrive in the early morning and visit the Municipal Tourism Office first in the Municipal Hall to arrange with the Tourism Officer the means of transportation.

From the mainroad visitors will have to hike a 45 minute trek along the river to reach the Nadsadjan Falls.

Note: The pictures above were taken during the rainy season, visiting the area may be dangerous during the these rainy months. Though safer, visiting the Nadsadjan falls during the summer may not be as breathtaking, like the photo below because of less water flowing through the river.
