replyWow! It’s time for ILOILO City and Province to shine. First and foremost the necessary needs of the city and the province. The Coal Power Plant, the Potable Water Lines, the Drainage System, the Road Repair or additional road, the Sidewalks, the Road Markings, the Landscaping and etc. These things need to be constructed.
