Peppy Thai Deli is owned by a Filipino missionary who lived in Thailand for 11 or so years. The business started as a small hut under a mango tree. Now, it has expanded to a 2 level Thai-inspired building to accommodate the increasing number of customers they’ve attracted over the years. The mango tree is still preserved to this day, as a sign of good luck.
