Photo Post: The Commoner
The Commoner is one of many retail stores that line J.M. Basa St., it was and is still very popular to Ilonggos as a place to buy cheap items. For tourists, not only is it a shopping center, it is also a place where they can appreciate the heritage of Iloilo because of the old buildings dating to the Spanish and American Period.
