Downtown, Iloilo City Iloilo, Philippines The Iloilo City Hall is located beside the Plaza Libertad. Some portions of it are unoccupied because of the real threat of the building's collapse. Thus, the construction of a new city hall has been made a priority project by Mayor Jerry Trenas.
