Redesigned the site layout
If you have noticed, I’ve done some redesigning of the site layout because I found the previous one to be quite messy (medyo watak-watak). I want to know your comments about the new change so that I will know what to do for the next tweakings.
The biggest change that I made was totally redesigning the home page and grouping the sidebars together. I also increased the font size, and eliminated some pictures that were cluttering up the design and causing the page to load longer.
The announcements and the news now have their own seperate space in the homepage so that people will have better access to them.
I also decided not to post pictures on the summaries of posts because it was the primary reason why the home page was loading very long, the change has decreased the total file size from 1000KB to 244KB (still needs more optimization) … So for a tip, I recommend reading each individual post so that you won’t miss out on the pictures …
Furthermore, I will be implementing better navigation in the near future so that new visitors will find it easier to find the posts that they need.
Thank You
