@Jolly, no traffic since most there are ghost towns. Miles and Miles of Corn. you drive 100 KM with no person walking on the road. Very true… Theres big money thats only returned by that agency 75 Billion worth and Santa Barbara Heights has a very beautiful landscape.

The projects funded by the gov’t dapat ila ina pagasuguran na! DPWH needs to open their eyes WIDE open, I mean we have projects funded already but only few is existing. Flood Control is ready this year, thanks God! How about the Cicumferential road all over Panay? Dapat ining road, drainage system, water lines amo ini sila ang dapat unahon anay, before these infras will pop-up like mushrooms all over the place. Like in the states..before the construction start sigurado na ang undeground connection is fully done, then start the construction. The road is wide like four lanes with sidewalks in each side, plus the wide island in the middle. Because they know that the traffic is the problem once these buildings are built. Kon ining mga americano can do this, and why not us? The gov’t funded millions and billions of pesos for these projects, and why DPWH can’t do it right?? Holla!

AWESOME!!! for the people who does’t knew that place. i grew up there and stayed there for 18 years and i can’t picture out where is the exact place in the picture, i’ve been there for last year, the sta. barbara heights is only starting. i knew the plce and very beautiful and wonderful but the picture show is not real. i think indi man ran siguro ang “hatay-hatay sa “blessing” ikon sa “cottage”, panigurado nga indi man dan sa hole number 3 kang IGCCI and mas indi ran guro and “imburnal”. the picture is too much beautiful fir the place and i think it will be the future for the sta. barbara heights. Go mga ILONGO and GO mga Sta. Barbaranhon.
