Looking at “magnolia” how can it be just 5 sq.m? please check your figures. And is “Rosette” really only 27 sq. m? Can;t imagine how you can fit 2BR, toilet, kitchen, living room in that space!
WEll.. I just want to appeal to the realiable people of crown asia. This beautiful community Savannah G;en in particular has been and is being infested with thieves and unrealiable people. As a homeowner I have paid my dues expecting for full protection of my property. I am speaking not only for myself but for the rest of the members of the community that has been victimized by these thieves. Please make necessary action on this. This will not only ruin your reputation but also it will make affect future investments. Please help protect your community members and this has to stop.

Mr. Bla, if you are interested in acquiring a house and lot with bigger floor area, Savannah also has a subdivision that caters to the higher class, which is Savannah Crest. If you want to just buy a lot and build a house, the design of which will be your own choosing, you can also opt for that.
