SM City is the biggest and most popular mall in Iloilo, having a gross floor area of 101,735 square meters. It was opened on June 1999 and is built on a 17.5 hectare prime real estate.
It’s a regular boxed-type 4-storey SM mall. The Supermarket, Activitiy Center, and Fast food restaurants are located on the Lower Ground Floor. The Department Store, Retails Shops and Botiques, and Fast Food Restaurants on the second. The 8 cinemas on the third and lastly, a vacant space for exhibits on the 4th floor. A new addition in the mall’s features, is a garden park located at the parking area where coffee shops abound.
SM City Iloilo, located along Diversion Road, is a very prominent landmark in Iloilo since it is the first to greet visitors when planes land in the airport. Everybody in Iloilo know where it is, so it shouldn’t be a hassle to find.

yup, da best gid ya ang SM City Iloilo.hassle free kay rectangular building siya.hindi kapoy maglagaw.unlike diri sa gina skwelahan ko ang other main island bala kay new ila diri SM City.daku matuod pro single story tapos may bridge-bridge.kapoy pa lagawan…. basta for me, the best gid ang SM City Iloilo….kay aton lang gid na!!hehehe!!!tani may twin SM pagid siya likod sa old airport… :-)
thats SM bacolod, yeah ur right actually padali lng gd ubra ang mall ta diri, daw wala gd nila anay gin realized kng anu ang result, basta maka abot lng sa deadline, btw i heard they will add another center sa likod mismo sng SM bacolod, i hope next may improvement na, unlike sa Iloilo ya, hay damu ka gd lagawan da, especially sa mga arcades nla da, daw ako lng natak-an, hehehehe, and almost mga bag-o gd ya ang mga games da nila, unlike diri nga puro daan na, ka sumlum-od man, hehehehe, hope makalagaw me da liwat
Been to SM City Iloilo and it was indeed a very nice place and I enjoy shopping with my family. IT so relaxing being there. GO Iloilo!
When I left the place, SM City wasn’t there yet. But when family visits ILOILO they told me that almost everything changes. I really would love to come there for a visit as soon as I have “enough” in my pocket to spend. As of this moment naga-supot supot pa ako..he he. Bag-o lang nag abot ang akon nga bata halin dira. Gani slow down anay. Obra kag supot-supot anay, OK :)
Thanks for Mayor Jerry Trenas. I think HE is wayyyy MUCH better compared to OTHERS. I know his wife, and the family is all for business. I hope and pray that more and more business to come in the City and the Province of ILOILO. Cheers! ;)

i have been there nung nagbakasyon at nag-aral ako sa iloilo nung june hanggang july. ang raming fun places dyan. enjoy nah enjoy ako….. sana mkpunta ako ulit dyan kahit mga 1 week lng stay ko. hehehheheehhehe

I heard SM is planning some kind of open air resto place for their expansion. I heard these from the Figaro guys as they were approached to transfer their shop to the new proposed SM expansion.

-based on design, SM Bacolod rocks. But if based on functionality, I think it sucks BIG TIME! I always get tired when I shop there. When I leave something in the department store, I have to walk the long bridge just to get it back. I dont find shopping there astig at all. i don’t know but it all feels a bit stupid.

HI. Can anyone tell kun ano ang gina obra sa kilid sang sm city, the area with a garden coffe shop before (left side if you are facing sm city from diversion road). It has been enclosed for construction pero wala sign out side kun ano obrahon dira. Basi starbucks na gd man?
