SM Delgado Expansion and La Sallette Building Rennovation
SM Delgado is currently constructing a new building in the site which used to be the ICAG Firestation. The site is located along Valeria St and is adjacent to the Sto. Nino Chapel. The Demolition of the ICAG Firestation was done happened a few months back.

Once completed the new building of SM Delgado will house Ace Hardware and spaces available for coffee shops/restaurants/bars.
The La Sallette Building found across the street from SM Delgado is also having its own rennovation. The ground floor is currently being developed for open-air coffee shops and restaurants.

A short walk from these developments is Marymart’s “La Terraza”, which is already established. Coupled with the completion of SM Delgado and La Sallettes’s projects, the area will surely attract more people back to the city’s downtown.

I just heard Mall of Asia will be standing soon at the heart of former manduriao airport. and I heard also that there’s already a billboard signifying “MALL OF ASIA Iloilo City”, right in front of the airport building being demolished. can somebody confirm this and post a picture of the said billboard.. if this true, then we will be having our own mall of asia in iloilo.
