Why does Sm Shoemart Policy is very conflict to applicants who is willing to work in the Company but the policy sometimes is very irrelevant. Question about the Sm policy is 1. Why does the applicant need to be Taller? 2. Why do under grad applicant with experiences can’t apply on SM? 3. Why does the management does not accept applicant over than the age of 25?
There are lots of people who wanted to be in your SM community as employee but, the management policies refuses. It is very mean to people who wanted to work and spend their career as an employee. To the management and Officer’s of SM SHOEMART, Please review your policy well for fare treatment to people who needs a JOB.
