Smallville Complex - January 2007 Updates

A few months ago I wrote about the developments in the Smallville Area. Now, some of them are already finished such as the Riverside Boardwalk and the Honda Showroom and a few are left nearing completion.

Such as this two storey commercial building, where Coffee Break’s newest branch has just opened and where “Bourbon Street” will be opening.

MO2 hotel will also be opening within the next few months

Most of these projects are midgets compared to the mega projects in other places, but they are a good start for the mid-sized city of Iloilo. More projects are expected to commence after the new airport in Sta. Barbara becomes operational.

Hi! I can’t wait to go home…hehehhe! more na naman ini ang ramfa sa Smallville…last time ko na visit was last 2004 or 2005..nalifat na ako….lol
