Works on the new annex of SM City Iloilo called the “South Point” is still in full swing. Could they be rushing its construction to finish it in time for the Dinagyang 2010 in January? We certainly hope so.
The South Point annex is built on what used to be a row of coffee shops on the south entrance/exit of SM City. The South Point building is separate from the main building of SM City Iloilo. Upon completion, South Point will be occupied by restaurants and coffee shops that will be open independent of SM City’s mall hours.
