It takes for Iloilo to be like HK and KL level to make it financially viable and that will be like eons before it can be realized. The best option for now is to develop a regular bus run between the airport and the city with designated bus stops which is actually being adopted by emerging airport worldwide that does not have the same dimension as that of major airports like Naia or even Clark.
