St. Paul’s Integrated Center of Expertise to rise

Proposed as an expansion to St. Paul’s Hospital is the St. Paul’s Integrated Center of Expertise (SPICE).

The SPICE is a six (6) level Medical Arts Building with a total floor area of 12,000 square meters. It will be located beside the Chapel.

The facility will have the following amenities:

Ground Floor

  • Forty-six (46) Units Parking Slots

Mezzanine Floor

  • Thirty-eight (38) Units Parking Slots

Second Floor

  • Pharmacy
  • Sixty-five (65) units Doctor’s Clinic

Third Floor

  • Pulmonary Center
  • Digestive Diseases Center
  • Kidney Center
  • Allergy Center
  • Arthritis Center
  • Wellness Center
  • rehab Medicine Center
  • Coffee Shop and two conference rooms

Fourth Floor

  • Operating Room Complex
  • Post Anesthesia Care Unit
  • Surgical Intensive Care Unit Complex

Fifth Floor

  • Medical Intensive Care Unit
  • Step-down Unit
  • Neurology Unit
  • 2 units presidential suites
  • 5 units suite rooms
  • 20 units private rooms
