We discovered your place in Smallville and we ordered some sweets that were really great tasting. But at the same time it was a huge frustration when we came back as your staff were packing up for the day around 10 pm or something. we knew you were closing in but all your staff were still there. We live in Quezon City, Metro Manila for good and dropping by from time to time to visit relatives are such a joy. We came back late after a dinner in Tatoy's and visited the wake of our relative then we opted to go back to Nothing But Desserts again to bring some stuff home to Manila as pasalubong the next day as our flight was scheduled early morning. Your staff said they cannot let us buy anymore because they were closing in already, and that the "goods" were already inventoried, packed and counted. What was frustrating was the fact that your staff did not care if we came back just for that reason alone--to bring home your sweets to Manila as pasalubong. No going the extra mile. I was imagining then I would have boasted them to office mates who frequent Iloilo. Sort of word of mouth, which of course will become your walking advertisement. I've been meaning to send my feedback soon but it's only now that I was able to find my way. I suggest you work more on your Customer Service skills, because having nice product to sell is nothing compared to a great "extra mile" service to your would be customers. Those pavlovas look 5x better than the pavlovas I've had here in the Gold Coast (Australia). The food and dining industry in Iloilo is doing remarkably good, in my opinion. With regards to the coffee, I'm surprised that Lavazza has reached the city. It's excellent coffee minus the sensationalized brand appeal of Starbucks. Can't wait to visit the homeland. Fantastic!!!!
