“M”, Whatever you call it, Percentage or Gratuity is a reward for a service rendered. There’s nothing wrong with it as long as you’re not corrupting the whole system of business transaction and anyone should make a living to live. Any Gender has the right to serve in our society without discrimination.

You know what isa sa naga duso nga madayon kg mka porcento sa coal fire power plant amo ang provincial administrator. hambal sang mga journalist sang TNT nga bading or agi and provincial administrator… some radio reporters already knew his sexuality. sa isa ka journalist nga girl sa TNT nabalahuda ang color nya. pakialamera ang provincial administrator its because dugong bughaw sya gali… thanks TNT journalist…we understand now

i agree with those who support the proposed coal-powered plant, as long as the said project would not adversely affect the health of our fellow ilonggos and the place we rabidly call our home, iloilo. Honestly, it is really iloilo’s time to rise up and regain its former glory.
Together, with our effort to rise, sustainable power or energy is needed for us attract future investors who are willing to invest in iloilo. without power, there will be no electricity to run the big infrastructures and industries that will be set up. without these investments, there would be less jobs for our fellow ilonggos. if we cannot have a sustainable and dependable power supply the earliest possible time, we would surely be left behind in our effort to become a premiere city by the year 2015. We should all think fast and decisive. to all true-blue ilonggos, let’s support the coal-power initiative! it’s our time and moment to shine again. GO ILOILO!

Ang iban dira naton nga mga kauturan nga against sa Coal naga uluentra man sa rally nga indi gani ka hugas sang ila nga kinan-an antes mag halin sa ila nga balay. Abi mo kon sin-o guid bala sila nga mga “genius” bala haw! Ay! ma-an dulang Ah! Guys, let’s get real in here. If you want ILOILO City and the Province look good, then we have to coordinate and support the Coal Power Plant to be built in Panay ASAP! No whining please! Cheers! : )

There are always advantages and disadvantages in every issue. I hope with the construction of this so-called power plant, safety should be given utmost attention and care to ensure pollution free society.

This is in response to “M”. It is easy to say what is right and what is wrong, but you should realize what people needs. My question for you is; Are these people who made this research website living in cave? Are they not driving their cars? Not enjoying the comfort of their aircondition room? Or not even eating cook food? Because if they are, I myself might agree with you. To tell you, all of these people and right at this moment enjoys the glory of what fossil fuel can give. The proposed Coal Fired Power Plant in Iloilo, is not as big as it was showed in the website and there is no basis of how big is the output in terms of megawatt. And one example, you cannot compare automobile that was built in the 60’s. to the present. Technology can alter the old mistakes in design to make it safer. “M”, I appreciate your concern, but the most hazardous one is our kind, please watch the daily news and tell me how many people died everyday of stabbing, ambush and other related crimes. Life cannot be cast in stone if it is your time to leave. So, enjoy life at its best. Ganyan lang daw ang buhay- pa weather-weather lang.
