We've already heard what the two sides have to say and, IMO, the general consensus is that Ilonggos have decided to accept it. I believe that the Church has already done their part in saying their stance. Ultimately its the people who decides. But just now, I read in the news that the religious sectors opposed to the project because of health hazars that this project may cause. In my opinion, religious sectors always oppose but they don't have alternatives or solution to help economic problem of the city. Now investors are coming in and opportunity is in our hands and we are happy that Iloilo City is developing. Why not help and advice people to support good projects and not being hypocrates. The fact shows that leading hospital and private schools in Iloilo are owned and managed by religious sectors. Tuition fees are increasing and you can't be admitted in the hospital if you don't have cash. Are they paying taxes?
