2:00 PM: Motorcade/launching of Dinagyang Festival
4:00 PM: Opening Ceremonies for Western Visayas Tourism Assembly(SM City Activity Center)

• A walk through of WV cultural heritage

October 24 - ANTIQUE DAY (Tuesday)

2:00 - 4:00 PM: Antique Cultural Showcase (Part 1)
4:00 - 6:00 PM: Miss WV Tourism Talent Presentation (SM City Activity Center)
6:00 PM: Dinner for TRAVEX Buyers/Sellers (by invitation)
6:00 - 8:00 PM: Antique Cultural Showcase (Part 2)

October 25 - AKLAN DAY (Wednesday)

10:00 AM - 8:00 PM: Travel Fair, Mart, Exhibit
