Now, it is being developed as one of the city’s major business, residential, medical, and educational hubs with Ayala land and Kapideco Estate as the biggest developers.Here are photo updates of new developments and construction activities at Brgy. San Rafael:Westland Gateway ComplexThis completed 2-story building along Donato Pison Avenue is home to a diverse mix of newly opened food and beverage stores. Its tenants include Z Burger Bar and Lounge, Brewery Gastropub, Kollar Kitchen, Desserts in the Sky, Space H Resto Bar, Cabugan Seafood Haus, and Bornok’s Kandingan & Manokan.Westland Gateway Complex, Iloilo’s newest dining and entertainment hub.Atria Park District by Ayala LandThis 21-hectare mixed-use development by Ayala Land is the company’s biggest investment in Iloilo City. Atria Park District will include mixed-use residential developments, parks and landscaped areas, commercial and office establishments, a Seda hotel and institutional areas. The development is estimated to cost over P15 billion.Existing and recently completed developments at Atria Park District include Ayala Technohub (near Smallville Complex) and QualiMed Iloilo, one of the newest hospitals in the city.
