The towering building is envisioned By Marcos Detourista on March 13, 2011Injap Land has released the design / perspective of its upcoming 21-storey condominium project named “Injap Tower Condotel.” According to the firm, groundbreaking rites for the new development is planned on May 2011. The towering building is envisioned to be Iloilo’s first high-rise building and a pioneer among residential condominium developments in city. Located at the corner of Diversion Road and Jalandoni St. (just across SM City Iloilo), the mixed-use building will feature residential condotel or condo-hotel units on the upper levels as well as commercial units and multi-level parking on the lower floors. Front Perspective of the Proposed Injap Tower Condotel (photo courtesy of First Homes Injap Land Facebook Page)The residential units at the Injap Tower Condotel will not only be condominium spaces but also involve a time-share hotel component, which is typical for condotel developments. This means unit owners have the option to place their unit in the hotel’s rental program where it is rented out like any other hotel room. The time-share component is a big advantage to unit owners who would want to earn income from their condominium unit while they are away from Iloilo. (photo courtesy of First Homes Injap Land Facebook Page)As for now, the lot of the proposed INJAP Tower Condotel has already been cleared and fenced up. Most definitely, soil testing will be done within the next few months (If it hasn’t been done already). We’ll be posting more news as more developments come out!Don’t leave yet. There’s more!Comments Marcos saysSeptember 21, 2011 at 4:19 pmI’ve moderated abusive and off-topic comments. Please stop the comparisons already.
