I was able to inquire and check on one of their room, and it cost Php6000/month if you would like to stay on a monthly basis or 2 week stay. i haven’t check on them lately so i’m not quite sure if they have changed their rate or not. with regards to their studio, it looks cozy to me and they have a little kitchen right beside the front door. however you just have to provide the furnishings for the room like bed, chairs, tables etc. their building has security guard and just few meters away from it is the Brgy.Tanod outpost which makes the place quite safe.Reply Marcos C. saysMay 29, 2009 at 12:00 pmahh, thanks for the tip Rato.
