The first of the three buildings is envisioned to be a 3-storey, Grade A facility with 500-700 sq m of arcaded retail spaces at the ground floor.As early as this announcement Ayala said that they already have a BPO locator in the proposed technohub. It used used to be the top destination outside metro manila due to availability of talents. One more thing, infrastructures to support the industry is not present like leaseable floor spaces ideal for BPO.
