Located in Iloilo’s nightlife center, The Avenue Complex in Smallville is currently having some new developments. There will be a new Mediterranean-style restaurant named “Terra” beside coffee break and a spacious area for special functions will occupy the entire second floor of one of the buildings.

Existing establishments in The Avenue consist of popular restaurants, a coffee shop, and a dessert shop, namely: Bauhinia, Mojave, Amalfi, Coffee Break and Nothing but Desserts.
