The festival is held in Pan de Azucar Island on the fourth week of April. Known for having the most beautiful seascape in the province, the festivity emphasizes the necessity of conserving our natural resources with activities such as the Fluvial Parade, Agro-Fishery Fair, Motorized Bance Race, Game Fishing Festival, Tree Planting and other environment education activities.
