Everytime we opt for food room service, the staff don’t have any initiative to respect our privacy. Can’t hear us if we say just wait outside. She always go straight her way inside our room. What the heck!Reply Vic saysMay 22, 2011 at 1:39 pm@ lionheart.. yeah attitude counts.. Many foreigners will understand the local bad English and take it as it is…they went here to vacation and enjoy not to criticize our English . whats important is warmth hospitality and accommodation. yet, for wise reason,, its still important to have correct English construction on your application letter and resume…selection board in any company too may admit they fall short in their English proficiencyReply gladys s. falsis saysNovember 7, 2010 at 7:38 pmgood day. i’d like to ask what are the amenities in de luxe room.we are family of four, is it ok if we choose the deluxe room for three without any charges to the fourth person. thanks very much for a quick reply.Reply IRA DAWN saysAugust 14, 2010 at 4:10 pmGood Day!Want to ask if there’s any vacant position?Reply Regil saysJuly 22, 2010 at 9:52 amThank you for the wonderful comment to the Century 21st hotel..yes it is great to stay with you and thank you for staying with us..mabuhay po kayoReply trinidad alvaro saysNovember 13, 2009 at 7:06 pmMy family are also regulars at Century 21. We’ve gotten to know the manager who always make us feel welcome. Iloilo is a frequent destination of ours en route to Boracay. Anywayz, just wanted to let you know they have a website….http://www.ann2.net/hotels/century21/Although the rates might be old… you may want to give them a call. The phone # and address are also listed there.Reply gerald mendosa saysNovember 11, 2009 at 8:32 pmi like to stay in this hotel everytime i travel in iloilo, coz of the cleanliness, and friendly staff around…….unlike at the highway21 hotel sister company of this hotel, the manager is so unprofessional and thier staffs..Reply heber saysNovember 2, 2009 at 10:37 amNestky, with the way you are writing your blog in English, i wonder if you will get hired by this hotel. To think that you want a front desk officer position? How will you manage to address the concerns of your guests with that kind of English? Just asking! It would have been so much better if you said: ” Just wanted to ask if there is a vacant position for front desk officer. “Reply lionheart saysMay 22, 2011 at 12:47 pm@Heber, Hahahah why so mad? You know language can be learned and can improve through practice.Attitude is more important.Reply Mark Reynolds saysMay 30, 2009 at 3:34 amMy wife and I always love this hotel when we travel to Iloilo. What makes them stand out is the friendly staff, with smiles and greetings everyone from the front desk to the maintenance staff to the cleaning crew. Everyone seems happy and the cleanliness and high level of maintenance and quality reflect their pride. Good WIFI (I think 100 pesos per day unlimited), comfortable area to sit outside, convenient to Marymart and SM Delgado malls as well as lots of other stuff downtown. Rates last time we were there were around 1100php per night (25 dollars), so for me a great bargain in a great location.Reply
